Refunds
Try it first. That’s the whole policy.

There is a free two-hour trial of the complete bot, on your own machine, with no card and no account. Use it. It exists so that nobody has to buy a licence to find out whether it works on their setup.
The short version
A key that has never been activated can be refunded. Once a key has been activated, it cannot. Activation locks the key to your PC and hands over the full product — at that point it has been delivered, and there is nothing to give back.
When you get your money back
- Your key was never activated. Ask on Discord and it is refunded, no argument.
- You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.
- No key ever arrived and we cannot get one to you.
When you don’t
- The key has been activated. It is locked to your machine and the software is in your hands.
- Your game account was banned. The home page, the FAQ and the terms all say plainly that automation breaks Supercell’s rules and can get you banned. That risk is the deal, and it is not a fault in the product.
- A game update broke detection for a while. Clash of Clans changes on Supercell’s schedule, not ours. We fix it — the release history is the record — but a temporary break is maintenance, not a failed sale.
- It does not run on your particular setup, and you never tried the free trial. The trial is two hours of the complete bot on your own PC, for exactly this reason.
- You changed your mind after using it.
Right of withdrawal
Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance purchase of digital content, that right ends once delivery of the content begins with your agreement. Activating your key is that agreement, and it is the point after which a refund is no longer available. Before activation the right stands and we will honour it. Nothing on this page removes a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
How to ask
Open a ticket on the Discord server with your key and your payment reference. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and normally take a few working days to appear once approved. There is no email queue — Discord gets you a human, usually the person who wrote the bot.
